Draft notice — final version will be published before mainnet launch. Practices described here are what the pool actually does today.

What we log

• The eCash address you supply as your stratum username (this is the only persistent identifier we retain).
• Stratum user-agent strings (cgminer, bmminer, BraiinsOS, etc).
• Connection timestamps, share submissions, hashrate samples.
• IP addresses are truncated at ingest: last octet of IPv4 zeroed, IPv6 reduced to /48 prefix. Full IPs are never persisted in the database.

What we don't collect

• Email addresses, real names, or any other personal data.
• Browser cookies (the dashboard is read-only and stateless).
• Tracking pixels, analytics fingerprints, marketing identifiers.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interest in operating the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Note: blockchain coinbase outputs are public and permanent; we cannot remove or modify on-chain data.
